A: As of today, it is only available via this link. While there are not currently directions to access it without a link in Operations Center, this functionality is planned and will be released in the future.
Q: What permission levels are required to view my customer's data in Operations Center?
A: Deere dealers will need Level 2 access in Financial, Work, and Location within Operations Center as a user of a dealer organization and for partnership with the customer organization to have full access to view or edit the ROI Calculator.
Q: Can I update the fields selected once I've completed the calculator and reviewed my estimated savings?
A: Yes - once you've reached the savings page after completing the calculator, at any time you can select the Back button in the bottom left corner to go back to a previous page to change any inputs and update the estimated savings results.
Q: Can I download my estimated savings results?
A: Yes - once you reach the savings page after completing the calculator, there will be a Download button in the top right corner. Once your results are downloaded, the document can be shared as needed with your dealer or chemical specialists.
Q: I'm using Safari and having issues accessing the ROI Calculator - what am I doing wrong?
A: If you plan to use the ROI widget to create or manage tank mixes, please ensure your browser settings are updated. Follow these steps to adjust your settings:
- Open Safari
- Go to Settings > Privacy
- Uncheck the option "Prevent cross-site tracking"
This adjustment is required to enable seamless functionality of the ROI tank mixes widget/calculator.
